The wedding day began in an unexpected way. Jamilya and Ruslan spent a small pre-wedding morning with their friends right at the villa to lift everyone’s spirits and fill the day with emotion.
They arranged photo sessions in the historic halls, where high ceilings, frescoes, ancient walls and soft light created an atmosphere perfectly suited for the beginning of the celebration.

The wedding of Jamilya and Ruslan in Italy became a true journey that brought together two cultures, two families and two homes. The couple divides their lives between two countries, Russia and Uzbekistan.
They dreamed of creating a celebration that would offer their loved ones not only the joy of the event itself but also the chance to discover Italy, to breathe in its atmosphere and to feel that a wedding can become an unforgettable adventure shared by all.
This is why they chose not a traditional banquet hall or a familiar hotel but a Renaissance villa near Rome, set on a panoramic hill with sweeping views of the towns of Lazio and the distant line of the sea. From the very first moment, this place felt like a true revelation to them.
The first morning at the villa: views that are impossible to forget
Jamilya shared that they arrived at the villa late in the evening. Everything around them was hidden in darkness and she barely had a moment to take anything in.
But in the morning, when the first rays of sunlight touched the hills, she walked up to the window and could hardly believe her eyes.
The panorama was so breathtaking that it felt as if the villa and the landscape belonged only to them, as if they had become part of this beauty and this history.
It is moments like these that make Italian locations truly one of a kind.
A morning of getting ready for the bride and groom
The first look and a walk through the villa
After the morning shooting, the moment of the first look arrived. They chose to hold it in one of the villa’s historic halls.
Afterward, the couple went for a photo walk around the estate. Panoramic terraces, sweeping views of the hills, elegant architecture, quiet green corners and the surrounding silence became the perfect backdrop.
Jamilya and Ruslan intentionally planned their photo session before the ceremony so they could spend as much time as possible with their guests later.
The ceremony in the frescoed hall
The ceremony took place in the villa’s frescoed hall, which had recently reopened after restoration. The seventeenth-century frescoes, with their depth of color and historical character, created a special almost mystical atmosphere. Jamilya and Ruslan exchanged their vows and it felt as though history itself had become part of the moment.
After the ceremony, everyone stepped out onto the panoramic terrace for an aperitif. Live music, the setting sun, glasses in hand, laughter, conversations and the breathtaking views created a light and joyful sense of beauty in the present moment.
As evening fell, the guests moved to the area prepared for the wedding dinner. Jamilya had dreamed of a wedding in an autumn palette and the décor reflected this idea completely. Deep wine and dark green tones, hydrangeas, orchids, amaranths and seasonal fruits continued the aesthetics of the Renaissance villa and highlighted its grandeur.
Dancing and the close of the wedding day
After dinner, the dancing began, opened by Jamilya and Ruslan with their first dance. The evening was filled with music, warmth and joyful movement, the perfect finale to the celebration.
This is how their wedding day came to a close: beautiful, emotional and truly unifying. It gave their families new experiences and left their guests with memories they will return to again and again.
The Renaissance villa, the panoramic views, the sense of history, the emotions and the love made this day especially meaningful, and we were delighted to help the couple bring their Italian dream to life.

A Celebration Overlooking Portofino: Artemiy and Victoria’s Italian Wedding Weekend

Why Italy? And Why Liguria?
A Civil Ceremony in Italy — A Meaningful and Symbolic Step
The couple decided that if their wedding was taking place in Italy, then the stamp in their passports should reflect that as well. Artemiy and Victoria’s wedding morning began with an official civil ceremony at an Italian town hall. An intimate moment, the signing of documents, smiles, emotions… and suddenly they were husband and wife under Italian law.
Return to the Villa and Getting Ready
After the civil ceremony, the couple returned to the villa, and the preparations for the main celebration began.
Victoria had a photo session with her bridesmaids and her beloved dog, Richie — the true star of the day. Richie posed, ran around, slipped into every frame, and added that warm, lively emotion to the bride’s morning that simply cannot be recreated.
The groom was getting ready with his brothers — sharp suits, laughter, anticipation, and support. And, of course, Richie, who managed to be everywhere at once, taking part in absolutely every moment.
A Villa Ceremony Overlooking the Coast
We designed the ceremony area to make the guests feel as if they were sitting in a theater, with the bride and groom as the central characters. Accompanied by live piano music, Artemiy was the first to walk out, followed by Victoria. This was their first look — they had intentionally chosen not to see each other beforehand. The emotional impact was even stronger because of it: Artemiy’s gaze filled with admiration and tenderness the moment he saw his bride in her white dress.
The couple exchanged rings, received congratulations from their guests, and the official part seamlessly transitioned into a beautiful photo session. The villa’s grounds are wonderfully diverse, which allowed us to capture both classic portraits and dramatic drone shots.
While the newlyweds were taking photos, the guests enjoyed an aperitivo on the terrace. For many of them, visiting Italy for the first time, this moment felt truly magical — a blend of flavors, sunshine, and sea breeze that created unforgettable emotions. Guests could not only savor the food but also make their own small keepsake from the wedding: there was a photo booth, a 360 camera, and an artist creating colorful portraits as souvenirs.
Dinner Under the Stars: Candlelight, Music, and Emotion
As the sun dipped below the horizon and the lights of Portofino began to shimmer, the atmosphere turned truly magical. During dinner, guests enjoyed not only Italian music but also heartfelt toasts and words of gratitude. After the cake cutting, the party moved to the dance floor, where the celebration continued until three in the morning — the perfect finale to a perfect wedding day.
Pesto Party: A Seaside Celebration Continues
The day after the wedding, following a leisurely lunch, everyone gathered for a seaside party — relaxed, joyful, and filled with sunshine. Guests could swim in the sea or the pool, sunbathe, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company. A live band once again brought the atmosphere to life, moving between the tables and performing beloved Italian songs.
We organized a special activity for the guests — a pesto-making workshop, since Liguria is the birthplace of this iconic sauce. Pesto is more than just something green and flavorful. It is a symbol of the region. The guests learned to prepare it the traditional way, by hand, following the classic recipe. And of course, the experience ended with a serving of pasta dressed in their freshly made pesto.
Artemiy and Victoria’s wedding was filled with sunshine, music, the sea, the flavors of Liguria, and emotions impossible to forget.
“We wanted it to be something exceptional… a journey for each of you!”

Family Traditions at Lake Como: The Wedding of Daria and Ivan

Photography: Kalibri Group

Venue: Villa Aura

Daria and Ivan had long dreamed of a grand and beautiful wedding. Daria is from Kazakhstan, Ivan is from Russia, and they now live in Germany. They have been officially married for several years, yet bringing all their family and closest friends together for a celebration proved difficult. The pandemic changed everything and the event had to be postponed. When life finally returned to its familiar rhythm, the couple came to us, and together we began a journey that grew into a year and a half of preparation for their perfect day.
The location was chosen with intention. Villa Aura sits on the picturesque shore of Lake Como. Built at the end of the eighteenth century, it served for many years as a family estate, passed down from generation to generation. The care with which its owners preserved the architecture, the grounds, and the traditions can be felt in every corner.
This is why Daria and Ivan’s choice became symbolic. They decided to celebrate their day in a place filled with a living sense of family history and cherished values. It was the perfect setting to say “yes” to each other once again, this time surrounded by the people dearest to their hearts.
Bridal Morning: A Soft Pin-Up Moment Overlooking the Lake
Daria’s morning began with a distinctive touch. She chose a pin-up look inspired by the golden era of femininity in the 1940s and 1950s. High heels, a graceful corset, curlers, and a playful mood created a sense of effortless retro chic. The shots taken on the small balcony overlooking Lake Como became the embodiment of perfection, where nature, style, and emotion formed a single story.
After the shoot, Daria changed into her wedding dress, and from that moment the day turned truly magical.
Groom’s Morning and the First Look
The groom spent his morning getting ready with his stepfather, a touching and genuinely heartfelt moment of support that often stays behind the scenes but carries immense meaning.
We arranged the first look on the grounds of the villa. Villa Aura seems made for moments like this. Its secluded garden corners, stone staircases, and paths leading toward the lake create the feeling of a private park. It was here that Ivan saw Daria in her wedding look for the first time.
His reaction was sincere: surprise, admiration, and emotions that cannot be hidden. For a brief moment, the world seemed to pause, leaving just the two of them in the villa’s green oasis.
A Lakeside Ceremony and a Visit from Cupid
While Daria waited for the ceremony in her room, Ivan welcomed the guests. We arranged a small welcome area by the garden with refreshing drinks, light appetizers, and warm conversations. Guests were invited to leave audio messages for the couple and solve a crossword about their story, a heartfelt and interactive way to pass the time before the celebration began.
The ceremony arch was designed in soft white and green tones, a light floral composition that blended gently with the natural beauty of the villa.
The groom was the first to walk out. Then, to the song Young and Beautiful, Daria appeared, accompanied by her father, while her niece carefully carried the veil. The ceremony was filled with emotion. The host shared the story of how they met, and the couple exchanged touching vows.
And then came a surprise Ivan truly did not expect. A friend of the couple, dressed in a Cupid costume, stepped forward with the ring box, showering the guests and newlyweds with petals. It sparked laughter and delight and instantly became one of the most memorable and vibrant moments of the entire day.
After the ceremony, the family photo session began—warm, sincere, and full of affectionate embraces. The guests were then welcomed to a prosecco tower overlooking the lake. The clinking of glasses and joyful chatter created a festive atmosphere that felt like the perfect beginning to the evening.
While guests enjoyed the aperitivo, Daria and Ivan slipped away for a moment of their own. They set off on a romantic boat ride, a quiet and intimate pause in an otherwise eventful day.
A Candlelit Dinner Accompanied by Italian Songs
When the newlyweds returned, dinner began. The tables were lit with candles that cast a soft glow and created a warm, intimate atmosphere. Toasts followed one after another—heartfelt, sincere, sometimes emotional, but always spoken from the heart.
A group of Italian musicians added a special charm to the evening. They moved between the guests, performing iconic songs such as “Volare,” “Bella Ciao,” and “Mambo Italiano.” The guests sang along, clapped to the rhythm, and some couldn’t resist getting up to dance.
After dinner, Daria and Ivan opened the evening festivities with their first dance, and the dance floor quickly filled with guests.
Daria tossed her bouquet, and Ivan continued the fun with a unique tradition. Instead of a garter, he tossed a “bouquet of socks.” The guest who caught the pair matching his own would become someone’s future lucky groom!

From Seoul with love: the wedding of Jin and Jessica in Rome

Photography: Irina Morina
Flowers: Ksenia Podgornaya
Event planner: @wowitaly_events
In South Korea there is a lovely tradition: many couples arrange a separate photoshoot long before the wedding or the day before the official ceremony. Although this custom does not require any specific location or format, for many Korean couples it is a chance to capture the “before the wedding” chapter, choose beautiful looks and create photographs that can later be used for invitations or wedding announcements.
When Jin and Jessica decided to get married, they realised that for their pre wedding story they wanted something truly special. And they chose the Eternal City to give each other a promise of love and devotion.
Their story
Jin and Jessica met back in school and have been together for fifteen years. Every gesture and every look between them reflects care and tenderness. Watching them feels like watching a romantic Korean drama, the kind that makes you believe time has no power over true feelings.
“Fifteen years have passed without us even noticing. I still remember the excitement of our first meeting. Thank you for always being by my side, for supporting and inspiring me,” Jin would say during the ceremony.
Not the tourist’s Rome, but a personal and heartfelt story
The couple did not want the classic tourist shots. Yes, they were in Rome, but could they skip the Colosseum? Absolutely. The Eternal City has more than two thousand years of history and knows how to surprise.
We began the preparations with the most important detail: the place where they would stay. Instead of well known hotels, we suggested a palace. Palazzo Talia is tucked away in the historic centre of Rome, between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It was built in the sixteenth century for the secretary of Pope Leo X and served for many years as a private residence. Today it is a small hotel that blends Renaissance interiors with modern comfort. It was exactly the kind of elegant, historic atmosphere Jin and Jessica dreamed of for their wedding morning.
A heartfelt ceremony for two
For the ceremony we offered the couple something other than a popular panoramic terrace. Those places may have views, but they lack privacy. The couple dreamed of a beautiful location, elegant and slightly elevated, where their cherished words would be spoken. And we found such a place — Villa Celimontana. This park is located almost in the heart of Rome, yet far from the noise. Under the whisper of leaves, inside a neo Gothic chapel from the late nineteenth century, Jin and Jessica exchanged their vows:
“They say love is not destiny but a choice. And today, tomorrow and in all the days to come, I choose you without hesitation. Every day becomes special because you are near. Your smile is my happiness, your dream has become my goal. When you are with me, no time or change can frighten me. Let us walk through life together.”
It felt as if the ceremony was not just a beautiful event but a true promise and the beginning of a new chapter. After that it was time to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Eternal City. The couple drove through Roman streets in a vintage car, received congratulations and soaked in the sunset over St Peter’s Basilica.
Jin and Jessica’s wedding turned out deeply heartfelt. No crowds, no typical tourist clichés, but with a true feeling of Rome, its history and themselves. They will remember this day as their own, beautifully unique.

A dream come true: the wedding of Tatyana and Danila on Lake Como

Photography: Irina Morina
MUAH: Lidia Malino
Flowers and Decor: Evgenia Kasianenko
Videography: Bogdan Samelyuk
Event planner: @wowitaly_events
From a long-held dream to reality
For Tatyana, Milan is a special place. Her modelling work often brought her there, and once, during a trip to Lake Como, she realised it was love at first sight. Back in 2017–2018 she promised herself that one day her wedding would happen exactly here.
After the proposal the couple considered organising their wedding in Dubai, but fate stepped in. On Instagram Tatyana came across our post about a couple who had celebrated their wedding on Lake Como. She showed it to Danila and he supported the idea immediately. After a brief exchange with us all the decisions were made in just a few days.
“It was frightening to come so close to a dream,” Tatyana admits. “It seemed almost too beautiful to be true.”
A dream under threat
The preparations went smoothly and with inspiration. The bride’s mood board had been ready long before — Tatyana knew exactly what she wanted. An elegant, intimate wedding for two, a boat ride and a photoshoot at a villa. Everything had to be simple yet full of atmosphere.
But just a few days before the wedding the forecast changed dramatically. Heavy rain and almost hurricane level winds were predicted. Anyone familiar with Lake Como knows that it is breathtakingly beautiful, yet the weather can shift in an instant. By Tuesday morning we knew for certain that we could not hold the wedding on Thursday if we kept the original plan. In less than twenty four hours we managed to do the impossible: reschedule everything — the stylist, the photographer, the boat and even the town hall, since this was an official civil ceremony.
Dreams are meant to come true!
The ceremony took place in a park to the sound of a harp, tender, solemn and beautifully Italian. For their loved ones in Russia we arranged a live Zoom broadcast so their families could witness every moment and congratulate the couple in real time.
After the ceremony the newlyweds went to Villa Melzi for a photoshoot and then set off on a romantic boat ride across the lake. Tatyana’s sister had ordered a basket of Italian delicacies for a picnic on the boat, and her parents prepared a video message. These touching surprises made the day deeply personal and warm. The weather played with us throughout the day. Light rain shifted to sunshine and back again, creating a very special atmosphere. The photographs turned out beautifully expressive.
Heavy rain began in the evening and lasted all through the next day. It feels wonderful to know that we did everything possible to make this dream come true:
“The way you cared about our wedding and our happiness means so much to us. Thank you for that. Despite everything we all made it happen and our dream came true. This day became the starting point of a long and happy journey in our life together. Thank you.”

When a flight attendant and a pilot choose love and Lake Como: the wedding of Yulia and Jean-Marie

Photography: Ksenia Palchik
MUAH: Lidia Malinovskaya
Flowers and Decor: Yulia Della Bella
Event planner: @wowitaly_events
What are the most romantic professions you can think of? We believe that anything connected to aviation belongs on that list. After all, the love between a pilot and a flight attendant is a romance written between the sky and the clouds. Every flight is a new chapter. Sometimes turbulent, sometimes soft and cloudless, yet always real. He sets the course and she creates the atmosphere. He is responsible for altitude, she is responsible for lightness. Together they turn an ordinary journey into a story you cannot look away from.
This is the story of Yulia and Jean Marie. A girl from Latvia chose the profession of a flight attendant. A young man from France decided to become a pilot. And where did fate bring them together? Naturally in the sky. For them the clouds are not just scenery but their daily workspace. Distances are not an obstacle but a routine. This is what makes their love story even more beautiful.
A story that began in the sky
They work in the same field, aviation. Airlines, flights, connections, layovers, business trips… and somewhere between all of that their feelings began to grow.
Yulia is bright and warm, someone who notices beauty in everything around her. Jean Marie is confident and calm, the kind of man whose presence makes you feel safe. He trusts Yulia completely and she brings light and colour into his life.
They travel a lot, both for work and for the joy of discovering new places. Dozens of countries, hundreds of airports, thousands of kilometres are already behind them. Yet for the most important day they chose a place unlike any other: Italy. More precisely, Lake Como. The beauty of nature, the energy of the lake and the mountains all echo Yulia’s character and harmonise with Jean Marie’s calmness. Lake Como became their conscious choice, not accidental and not tourist driven, but heartfelt.
Two celebrations in one: a wedding and a birthday
The couple dreamed of a day without guests, without fuss, without a schedule measured by the minute. Just the two of them, their feelings and the atmosphere of a celebration that felt truly their own.
That day Yulia had another reason to be happy: it was her birthday. And the morning began exactly as a woman’s morning should begin, with a light and joyful mood and a glass of chilled champagne. Together we created the feeling of a beautiful morning in which every detail was thoughtful and every touch was both gentle and festive.

A wedding weekend in Italy with a view of the mountains: why Justina and Albert chose Lake Como

Their first date took place in the mountains.
Justina is from Kazan. Albert is from Moscow. Two cities, two parallel lines that did not cross for a long time, until one day mutual acquaintances suggested that they should meet. Their light and warm messages led them to decide to see each other somewhere in the middle.
This is how they chose Krasnaya Polyana in Sochi. There, with mountain slopes behind them and a romantic candlelit dinner in front of them, they saw each other for the first time.
That date became the beginning of their travels together: Europe, different cities, seas, and once again the mountains. Later came a proposal in the Maldives, and from that moment the couple began to wonder where the perfect place for their wedding might be.
Why Italy became their choice
They considered Moscow and Kazan, their hometowns with the people closest to them. But the more they thought about it, the clearer it became: their wedding should not be about obligations, but about intimacy. About those with whom you truly want to share this day.
Italy matched this feeling perfectly. For them, “Italian style” was not about flashy décor or trying to impress anyone. It was about heartfelt warmth: when everyone at the table feels like family, when laughter flows freely between glasses, and when the beauty around you is created by nature itself.
Albert confessed to us in confidence that architecture has never really moved him. Neither the cathedrals nor the squares of beautiful Florence or majestic Rome can replace the simple landscape he loves: water and mountains. Justina felt the same. Nature is their element — the one in which they first met and the one in which they wanted to celebrate their most important moment.
Villa Bella Vista on Lake Como became the perfect place for their wedding. Its sweeping view is mesmerizing, and it feels as if the lake opens its arms just for you. This is exactly what they had been searching for.
A wedding weekend on Lake Como
The celebration was intimate, with only the closest people present and two days filled with simple yet heartfelt moments.
The guests gathered at the villa for a pre wedding dinner. Justina and Albert wanted this evening to feel less like a formality and more like the continuation of a family that naturally forms around them. Relatives and close colleagues met one another and talked about the details of the day to come.
The wedding day began with breakfast and the stylists working on the looks of the bride and her bridesmaids. The ceremony took place on a panoramic terrace. It felt as though the world below had paused in anticipation of something extraordinary. Accompanied by a violin and with a breathtaking view around them, they made their vows of love and devotion.
After the congratulations the newlyweds went for a boat ride on the lake while the guests stayed to enjoy the aperitif. Upon their return Justina and Albert opened the dinner with their first dance and then spent the evening surrounded by the people closest to them. As tradition would have it the celebration ended with dancing.
Thank you for your trust
Distance had always been a part of their relationship: work, the miles between their cities, schedules that rarely aligned. Perhaps this is why it was especially important for them to find people they could trust to plan a wedding from afar.
Justina admitted that she had spent a long time studying our Instagram, reading reviews and looking through past projects. But the decision came at the moment they first spoke with our team and realised that they had found the planners who felt right for them.

When the Heart Chooses Italy: Sandra & Andrej’s Tender Lake Como Wedding

Photography: Oksana Savenchuk
MUAH: Lidia Malinovskaia
Flowers: Evgenia Kasianenko
Videography: Aleksei Tkachonok
Venue: Villa Harmonia
Event planner: @wowitaly_events
A wedding for two, where love and freedom come first
Sandra and Andrej share many things, but above all — a mutual desire to move, explore, and live in the rhythm of the heart. Fitness, bike rides, summer swims, motorcycles, traveling — they’re equally in love with being active and seeking new adventures.
That’s why choosing a wedding just for the two of them felt completely natural. No grand banquet, no noise — just the two of them and a place that once found its way into their memories and has now become a symbol of a new beginning. The official registration with their families was planned back home in Latvia, while their special, intimate “I do” — just the two of them — they saved for Lake Como.
A terrace ceremony with a view you’ll never forget
The day began with a perfect morning — no rush, no worries, no need to hurry anywhere. Just time to enjoy the views and gently prepare for the ceremony. Villa Harmonia feels as if it was created especially for intimate, heartfelt weddings. From the terrace of the suite, you see the lake and the mountains — a view you could admire endlessly.
It felt as though the whole world held its breath when Sandra stepped out to meet Andrej. That moment when the groom sees his bride in her dress for the first time is always deeply emotional and incredibly personal. Then came the vows, accompanied by the soft sound of a violin. For this moment, they chose Andrea Bocelli’s “Vivo per lei.” And finally, the cherished “Yes” was spoken — and it was time to pop the prosecco. Cin cin!
Lake Como — the perfect backdrop for love
A wedding with heart
These words say everything about them. Because when love and true professionalism come together with a dream, it becomes the kind of celebration people call a dream wedding.
