Natalia and Alexander’s Wedding. Medieval Town and the Charm of an Olive Grove
Natalia and Alexander are passionate travelers and professional photographers, nature lovers, admirers of beauty and peace. The bride and groom were looking for a special place that combined everything they love. And such a place was found in Italy – the country where dreams come true.
In search of an opportunity to organize an official wedding ceremony in Italy, Natalia and Alexander contacted the WowItaly Weddings team and, after discussing their preferences and wishes, chose Tivoli.
“It’s wonderful! It’s better than we could imagine!” “The photos on the internet don’t convey the beauty and atmosphere of the town” – these were the first impressions the couple had of Tivoli.
And, you know, we completely agree with them!
Natalia and Alexander didn’t want a standard wedding in the traditional sense. The couple wanted intimacy, warmth, harmony, and true beauty without pretense, pomp, or extravagance. So, when choosing where to organize their wedding in Italy for two, they settled on Tivoli. It was here that Natalia and Alexander found everything they were looking for in the perfect place for their wedding ceremony.
Having chosen a place that combined everything they liked and loved, Natalia and Alexander planned every detail of their perfect wedding day – full of tenderness and love in every moment:
♥ Cuddle together on the bed,
♥ A slow breakfast together afterward,
♥ A little champagne and fruit,
♥ Support each other with a smile, help each other get ready, gently fix his shirt, carefully untangle the necklace his mother passed to him for the wedding,
♥ Smile again,
♥ Kiss and whisper the most important words to each other…
When Natasha put on her wedding dress, our team got goosebumps. She looked not just charming, as any bride does, but the space around her was illuminated by the gentle smile of the Madonna from Raphael’s paintings.
Then came their first meeting in wedding outfits at a house with five centuries of history, a leisurely, enjoyable walk around the town under the admiring glances and Auguri (“Congratulations!”) of the locals. The official marriage registration took place in an 18th-century hall with original frescoes and sculptures, followed by the traditional Italian custom of rice throwing for good luck.
Tivoli – a fairytale town. A town that is a work of art with incredible parks, singing waterfalls, and thermal springs. Just 25 kilometers from Rome, this perfect embodiment of harmony is where nature’s beauty, unique architecture, the richness of history, and the pace of country life come together. At the crown of this city shine three diamonds: Villa d’Este, Hadrian’s Villa, and Villa Gregoriana. All are protected by UNESCO.
Tivoli has inspired artists for centuries to create world masterpieces, and heads of state (including Peter I) to build magnificent parks throughout Europe. But surpassing the beauty of Tivoli is simply impossible because this town, with such a combination of everything that’s best, is unique and one of a kind.
And our newlyweds Natalia and Alexander were awaited by the narrow streets of Tivoli, as if frozen in time.
And their little car, an Italian classic, proudly climbing the highest hills… To where the freshness of the olive grove awaits. Enchanting aromas and breathtaking views.
Where Amore fills the air and hearts.
Italy is not a country, it’s a feeling!
