What documents are needed for an official marriage registration in Italy?

• Nulla Osta (Nulla Osta al matrimonio) – a certificate confirming there are no obstacles to marriage, issued by the consulate of your country. We will prepare the Nulla Osta remotely, without your presence
• Passports
• Passports or identity cards of the country where the bride and groom are citizens
• Birth certificates
• Additional documents if applicable

Conditions for a civil ceremony (official marriage registration):

• The ceremony will be conducted in Italian, so a translator’s presence is mandatory if the bride and groom do not speak Italian (the service is included in our package).
• Two witnesses over the age of 18 (can be your parents or friends, or we can provide them upon request)
