The wedding of Jamilya and Ruslan in Italy became a true journey that brought together two cultures, two families and two homes. The couple divides their lives between two countries, Russia and Uzbekistan.
They dreamed of creating a celebration that would offer their loved ones not only the joy of the event itself but also the chance to discover Italy, to breathe in its atmosphere and to feel that a wedding can become an unforgettable adventure shared by all.
This is why they chose not a traditional banquet hall or a familiar hotel but a Renaissance villa near Rome, set on a panoramic hill with sweeping views of the towns of Lazio and the distant line of the sea. From the very first moment, this place felt like a true revelation to them.
The first morning at the villa: views that are impossible to forget
Jamilya shared that they arrived at the villa late in the evening. Everything around them was hidden in darkness and she barely had a moment to take anything in.
But in the morning, when the first rays of sunlight touched the hills, she walked up to the window and could hardly believe her eyes.
The panorama was so breathtaking that it felt as if the villa and the landscape belonged only to them, as if they had become part of this beauty and this history.
It is moments like these that make Italian locations truly one of a kind.
A morning of getting ready for the bride and groom
The first look and a walk through the villa
After the morning shooting, the moment of the first look arrived. They chose to hold it in one of the villa’s historic halls.
Afterward, the couple went for a photo walk around the estate. Panoramic terraces, sweeping views of the hills, elegant architecture, quiet green corners and the surrounding silence became the perfect backdrop.
Jamilya and Ruslan intentionally planned their photo session before the ceremony so they could spend as much time as possible with their guests later.
The ceremony in the frescoed hall
The ceremony took place in the villa’s frescoed hall, which had recently reopened after restoration. The seventeenth-century frescoes, with their depth of color and historical character, created a special almost mystical atmosphere. Jamilya and Ruslan exchanged their vows and it felt as though history itself had become part of the moment.
After the ceremony, everyone stepped out onto the panoramic terrace for an aperitif. Live music, the setting sun, glasses in hand, laughter, conversations and the breathtaking views created a light and joyful sense of beauty in the present moment.
As evening fell, the guests moved to the area prepared for the wedding dinner. Jamilya had dreamed of a wedding in an autumn palette and the décor reflected this idea completely. Deep wine and dark green tones, hydrangeas, orchids, amaranths and seasonal fruits continued the aesthetics of the Renaissance villa and highlighted its grandeur.
Dancing and the close of the wedding day
After dinner, the dancing began, opened by Jamilya and Ruslan with their first dance. The evening was filled with music, warmth and joyful movement, the perfect finale to the celebration.
This is how their wedding day came to a close: beautiful, emotional and truly unifying. It gave their families new experiences and left their guests with memories they will return to again and again.
The Renaissance villa, the panoramic views, the sense of history, the emotions and the love made this day especially meaningful, and we were delighted to help the couple bring their Italian dream to life.
