On May 13, in the leap year of 2024, despite all the superstitions, our official wedding in Italy took place! A huge thank you to the team for making our dream wedding come true.

The official ceremony was probably the most touching part of the day, and it included several special highlights unique to our wedding:

• The ceremony was conducted in Italian, where they read us the key marriage laws, congratulated us, and sent us off into our happy life together.
• Our wedding dance took place right after the ceremony to the live sound of a violin—it was absolutely magical!
• We gifted the mayor a traditional Russian Matryoshka doll and chocolate, and in return, we received handcrafted souvenirs with our initials—such a thoughtful and touching gesture!
• In Italy, weddings are a special celebration, and no one stays indifferent. Around 15 people were taking photos and recording videos of our ceremony! As we walked through Bellagio after the ceremony, people congratulated us, clapped, and even asked to take pictures with us, making the day feel even more festive!

Our amazing and highly professional organizers, @wowitaly_events, told us during the planning process that **Lake Como is best seen from the water**—and they were absolutely right! The breathtaking color of the water, the stunning historic villas surrounding us, and the magical Italian atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience.

We had no doubts about the city where our ceremony would take place—it was undoubtedly Rome, our beloved city, a place we could visit forever. The only question was the organization of the ceremony itself and the people responsible for it. After reviewing dozens of companies, we finally chose this one. After getting in touch with Marina and clarifying all the details (down to the smallest nuances), we didn’t hesitate for long and decided to go with this company. It was a big risk—working with unfamiliar people, paying a significant deposit, and, of course, the wedding itself, with guests invited, hotels booked, flights purchased, and so on. But the client approach was top-notch. My husband is extremely meticulous when making serious decisions—he calculates everything, double-checks every detail, and asks a million questions! He always wants things exactly the way he envisions them, especially for such an important life event as a wedding in another country. So, after discussing every little detail, we were on our way to Rome. Upon arrival, we met with Marina at her home for a warm introduction, a conversation about the upcoming event, and a discussion about the forecasted rain for our date. She suggested rescheduling, but we stood firm—rain or no rain, nothing could ruin a wedding in Rome!

The wedding day. This day exceeded ALL our expectations! Everything was perfectly timed and well-organized: makeup, hair, photography and videography, guest transportation, and more. The ceremony location was simply breathtaking! No one expected such beauty! A stunning venue with a view of the lake and mountains, a floral arch, a cocktail reception—it was perfection! Then we headed to

Villa of Fountains, and on the way, a thunderstorm started! But by the time we arrived, the rain had almost stopped. And this turned out to be another special moment—the photos taken in the post-rain light turned out to be truly unique!

After our photoshoot there, we moved on to the Colosseum for another shoot, and then we were off to the Vatican! A few pictures there, followed by dinner at a restaurant with an incredible nighttime view of St. Peter’s Basilica! The delicious dinner impressed all our guests, and this long, emotion-filled day finally came to an end.

Our wedding was very active—we tried to visit as many of Rome’s iconic landmarks as possible in just one day. Both we and our guests loved every moment of it!

In conclusion, we want to say that the wedding organization was at the highest level! Everything we discussed was delivered exactly as promised. We received full support throughout the entire wedding day. No worries for the bride and groom at all (and if there were guests, the team took care of all their needs). We booked photography and videography for the entire day, and the results were outstanding! We want to express our deepest gratitude for organizing and delivering our wedding so flawlessly—there wasn’t a single negative moment or memory. True professionals in every sense. We still keep in touch and are even considering celebrating another special occasion in this wonderful city with them.

We came to the decision to have a church wedding consciously and spent a long time preparing for it spiritually. We attended discussions with a priest, confessed our sins, and received communion at our local church in Moscow.

Our official wedding was quite simple and took place 12 years ago on the outskirts of a distant Siberian city. For our church wedding, we wanted something not only deeply meaningful but also romantic, based on our current vision of happiness.

We searched for a church in Moscow for a long time, but nothing felt quite right. Then, somehow, we remembered (or maybe saw it in a feed somewhere—I don’t recall exactly). But I do remember that on Monday, we had a call with Marina, and just three weeks later, we were boarding a “Moscow – Rome” flight with full confidence that this was “the one.”

And our expectations were completely fulfilled and even exceeded 🙂 On Thursday evening, we checked into an apartment with a luxurious terrace and a breathtaking view of Rome. The next morning, our stylist, Ruslana, arrived with her magical “beauty suitcase.” Then Marina greeted us with a bouquet, a gift, and heartfelt words of encouragement. Together, we got into a brand-new Mercedes and headed to our wedding ceremony.

We want to thank everyone—Marina, Ruslana, Father Alexei, photographer Irina, our driver, and everyone involved in the preparations. On that day, we didn’t have to think or worry about anything; we simply enjoyed every moment. Everything was organized smoothly, calmly, and right on time. It felt as if all of Rome knew about our wedding, as we were given the “green light” everywhere we went. In the evening, we had a romantic dinner at a small, cozy, yet truly exceptional Italian restaurant, which Marina had also booked for us. The next day, we explored Rome with a private tour guide.

I used to think that something like this was only possible for the very wealthy and required extensive planning. Now I know that with the WOW Italy team, a church wedding in Rome is both real and accessible. Thank you for your dedication and warmth—you are amazing!

I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in a way that she would remember for a lifetime. Thanks to the Wow Italy team, everything turned out to be absolutely unforgettable!!!

The organization was top-level—from the very first email to the proposal itself, every detail was carefully thought out. The approach was highly personalized; they explained everything, provided options, and offered many different scenarios to choose from.

I proposed after a city quest through Rome. The quest was incredibly engaging, taking us through beautiful and historically rich locations. The challenges and interesting facts we encountered along the way made the experience far more memorable than simply hearing a guide or reading about them.

At the end of the quest, a photographer met us for a short photoshoot. I usually dislike taking photos, but I am so glad I decided to go for it. The pictures turned out to be so vibrant, lively, and unique.

Never give up on your dreams! Everything was exactly as I had imagined—no unnecessary fuss, an amazing stylist (Ruslana), a well-prepared host and organizer (Marina), professional photographers, and our closest people gathered in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It was absolutely incredible!

I wasn’t worried about a thing—I felt completely free. It was truly OUR day. The ceremony took place in a hotel with a panoramic view of the Vatican. It was so beautiful, it felt as if the Eternal City itself had stepped aside to give us the spotlight on this special day. Marina chose the perfect words for each participant in the ceremony—words that captured the essence of the moment, with a touch of Italian tradition.

After the ceremony, we had a walk around the city and a photoshoot. I keep going through the pictures again and again—there’s nothing staged about them, everything looks so natural, yet so full of tender moments. Please pass on my thanks to the photographers from J-Studio: bravo, perfetto, grazie! That’s about as much as my limited Italian can express!))) In the evening, after a short rest, we had a reserved table at La Terrazza Dei Papi, overlooking the rooftops of Rome and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where we witnessed the most romantic sunset of my life. The story of how we expected beautiful photos and an unusual wedding, but instead, we received stunning shots, an incredibly touching and heartfelt ceremony, unforgettable emotions and impressions, and, of course, memories for a lifetime!

We decided to have our wedding this fall at the end of July. Since August in Italy is a holiday period for all government offices, the timeframe for wedding preparations was extremely tight. But for Marina, this was no problem at all! Everything was arranged within just a couple of days. Not only did we manage to book the date we wanted, but we also fit everything perfectly into our pre-planned trip schedule. We received the final photos and marriage certificate in just two (!) days.

Marina immediately won our trust, so we completely relied on her and eagerly awaited the beginning of September without a single worry about the upcoming event.
